What happens if I forget my username or password?

If you cannot remember your login information, recover your password here and we will send this information to the email address associated with your account.

Can I share my account with a co-worker?

No. Your course is limited to single user access. If co-workers need access to training, they should contact their Manager.

What if I need help?

If you have questions about course content, please contact your Manager. If you have a question about your account, create a support ticket. Our support team will assist you.

What happens if you see the pop window as “loading…” and it doesn’t proceed any further.

Please ensure you are using a desktop or laptop with stable internet connection. We recommend students use Google Chrome and install the latest Adobe Flash Version to view the contents.

Please follow the steps below if you see the "Loading" message when accessing the Canadian Airport Security Awareness Program:

1. Login to your YVR Training user account
2. Click on the "View Training Modules" link
3. Click "In Progress" next to "Canadian Airport Security Awareness Program (CASAP)"
4. Click "In Progress" next to "Module 1: Security Awareness for Canadian Airports"
5. Click on the "i" icon button on the top left corner
6. Next to Flash, click on "Always allow on this site"
7. Close and restart the module.
